Girls who join our Elementary through High School program receives a personalized academic education plan that monitors their developmental progress, academic performance, and personal growth.

One Mission Two Opportunities

In-Person

Our in-person classes provide scholars with direct access to our certified passionate educators, hands-on learning experiences, and meaningful peer interaction.

ALCA HOME SCHOOL ACADEMY (Online)
For scholars who join us from afar, we also provide opportunities to connect and engage with our live teachers virtually—ensuring that every student, no matter where they are, can be a part of our thriving community of learners and leaders.

Personalized Learning

Each scholar learns differently and receives a personalized learning plan tailored to her unique academic needs and learning style; enhancing their educational journey and fostering creativity.

Project-based Learning

Through Project-Based Learning, scholars engage in hands-on, interactive learning that integrate academic standards with leadership, creativity, and critical thinking.  Scholars develop skills that prepare them for college, careers, and community impact.

Progress Monitoring

Progress monitoring is an intentional and ongoing process used to ensure every scholar is on track for academic success and personal growth. We regularly assess scholars performance through a combination of formative assessments, portfolio reviews, teacher observations, and skill-based benchmarks.

Sisterhood

ALCA cultivates a culture of sisterhood where every young woman is seen, valued, and inspired to become her best self.  Rooted in Christian love and unity, our sisterhood fosters trust, encouragement, and mutual respect—creating a safe space where girls grow in confidence, character, and purpose.

OUR PROGRAM

Scholars consistently exceed traditional benchmarks—often performing two years ahead of grade level. They don’t just learn—they LEAD with confidence, purpose, and grace.

  • Builds Confidence and Sisterhood

“As a parent, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and commitment that ALCA show towards creating a nurturing and positive learning environment. The support and encouragement my children have received from teachers and staff have made a significant impact on their academic and personal growth."

I chose this school because they see each child not just for their academic potential, but as a unique individual. The educators recognize and adapt to each child’s learning style, demonstrating empathy towards both the academic values of the parents and the needs of the child. Their creativity in addressing individual needs helps every student develop holistically.
 - ALCA Elementary Family
“The reason why we chose ALCA for our daughter is because small class sizes, more one on one. The devotion the staff gives to her, the help, support, guidance and patience. You can’t get this anywhere else. Now that it is an all girls school is a plus. We are more of a family compared to public schools.
